Describe the issue

What does it mean when the Graph Indexer says in the first step: "Loading Input (InputFileType.text) - 1 file loaded (1 filtered)"?

I am getting the same graph as the previous input files, even though I have made modifications to the input files. I am also clearing the CACHE to overcome this issue but nothing worked till now.

Could it be that my modified input file is somehow being filtered out and not being processed as input?
