Hi @jltnf54, are you looking to subscribe to an external event from within a step of a process? If so, this is something we are looking into added and I would love to hear more about your scenario.

Yes would like to subscribe to event hubs, event grid, or service bus. We would like to use Azure Communication Services Cloud Events and have an agent react to these events on a voice call.
