Steps to reproduce

  1. Open default Windows Terminal with PowerShell 5.
  2. ssh to host
  3. Open nano.
  4. Paste into window

Expected Behavior

Text is pasted completely

Actual Behavior

2025-03-01.22-51-15-00.00.01.842-00.00.12.489.mp4

Text is truncated and [unknown sequence] is displayed by Nano

NOTE: if I use cmd in Windows Terminal it appears to work correctly, as shown on the left hand side of my screen recording
