UTF-8 decoding problem when a codepoint straddles an i/o boundary Issue-Bug It either shouldn't be doing this or needs an investigation. Product-Cmd.exe The issue is related to the legacy command interpreter, CMD.exe. Tracking-External This bug isn't resolved, but it's following an external workitem.
