[Bug]: running standalone cli report error after installing through the script in linux

Describe the bug

The ".../.tsp" folder instead of ".../.tsp/bin" folder is added into PATH env var in linux when installing standalone cli which makes tsp command actually doesn't work because it can't be found through PATH.

Reproduction

install standalone cli in linux
run tsp --vesrion
