Grid results Select-All keyboard shortcut does not work correctly

When using ADS, you can select a single cell in the results grid, then press Ctrl+A and every cell in the grid would be highlighted.

You could then press Ctrl+C to copy the results, or press Control+Shift+A to copy all including headers.

When doing that same thing in VS, the raw text of every text element is highlighted, instead of the actual cells and thusly, the query output data.

These features need to come back.

It would also be handy to have context menu that opens when right-clicking anywhere on the results grid with the options
