Feature Request: allow navigating by database > schema > table/view #18896

With Azure Data Studio being shutdown, it would be nice to have an option to navigate the hierarchy in the same way, database > schema > table/view.

This would make it easier when there are a number of schemas and navigating by schema first makes more sense.
