Publish to Github option is not available

Screenshot shows you deleted the .git subfolder of your folder, which is why you are being offered the chance to initialize a Git repository for the folder.

so how to get Publish to Github option back in my source control

Click the initial button right there, then commit it with a simple message like "first commit". After that the publish button will show.
