Terminal visual rendering bug after moving windows

Type: Bug

Open two different terminals, move one from standalone terminal mode to "split" mode with the other session. For me, this results in a duplication of what seems to be the scrollback history being stretched really wide and overlayed with my current prompt.

I am using ZSH with a default install of OhMyZsh. This was not a problem until recently; I belive the latest VSCode update.
