INSTAGRAM STEPS:

1. You should log in to your Instagram account online, not in the app.
2. Click on the bars icon > Configuration > Accounts Center > your information and your permissions
3. Select the Download your information option
4. Click on the download or transfer information button
5. Select your account
6. Select the "Part of your information" option
7. In the Connexions section, select "Followers" and "Followings" > Click on the Next button.
8. Select the "download to device" option.
9. After that, you can choose the following data to download your information: date range, notification, Format (choose .JSON option).
10. Click on the "Create files" button.

PROJECT STEPS:

1. Once the information is obtained and downloaded, add it to a folder within the project.
