Linear integration

How to test it?

1. Create a Linear application: https://linear.app/gitbook/settings/api/applications/new
2. Get the client ID and secret
3. Create a .env file in the root folder of the integration.
4. Add LINEAR_CLIENT_ID and LINEAR_CLIENT_SECRET variable with their respective values
5. Run npm run build && npm run publish-linear-dev
