How to generate type definitions (d.ts) for a vue JS package with Vue-tsc ?

Hello all!

I don't know if everyone has the same problem like me.
After updating my vue project, when i run the command pnpm vue-tsc --declaration --emitDeclarationOnly no types declarations have been generated.
I have downloaded the latest lite vuejs project and run the same command, nothing in the dist folder.

this is my current tsconfig file:
