If you want to build a Situation Room, you'll need some sweet red clocks in the walls. One way to do that might be to install old iPads via some sort of powered mounts and set them to this GH Pages site:

You have to set the local time on each iPad to whatever TZ you want to display and then set the location parameter to that zone in the URL.
