Can we get the v2 tag updated to be the latest release?

I have been using this repo's action to automatically update the tag when a release is created, so it's been really useful with the 'action-gh-release' workflow so I don't lose track of the latest tag

yeah, now the v2 should be pointing to the latest 2.2.1 release
