v0.0.1: Initial draft

This tag marks the initial draft of the Principles of Authentic
Participation. This comes from our in-person discussions at 2020 Sustain
Summit and the two virtual Fireside Chats hosted since then.

These Principles are not ready for wide distribution yet, but this is a
working draft of what we got! Feedback and input welcome. And
appreciated!
