infinite loading when logging with ssh

Describe the bug
Hi, still have the same issue

I am using

To Reproduce

log into remote server with ssh on vscode -> attach to running docker container on vscode -> install twinny, infinite loading
this still happens even only after ssh logging into a remote server.

Logging
cannot open up setting.
It says "command 'twinny.settings' not found"
anything related to twinny not seems to be loaded

API Provider
Ollama with remote ssh + portforwarding

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macos 15.3.1(24D70)
• whale 4.30.291.11(official build) (arm64) -> a variant of chrome (I'm not sure if one will need browser version for this issue but this is a modified version of chrome for koreans)
• vscode 1.97.2
