Hello Gerhard,
Tom Ewald, one of your fans (ahem), sent this on the Scid mailing list:
> Thought of something just as I was about to hit "Send", and I believe it is
the case. It looks like you MUST have a name for White, even if you just want
Black's perspective. I had White's PGN space empty; when I filled it in with
"Opponent", and left my "tewald" in Black, it chooses Black's perspective, as
it is supposed to. This is important to remember when you're importing an
opening repertoire to practice on the road. Let me know if I'm wrong, ok?
Thanks, again.
> Although I put the correct name in the "My player names" form, and the
program DOES remember the name, it still puts White automatically on the
bottom, even when the player name is playing Black. I'm using a Droid X, in
case that matters. Thanks, and thanks for the great program, including your
great implementation of my suggestion for autoplay. Tom Ewald, Detroit area
I'm not sure I understand his request, nor if it's the right place to notify
it, but I hit "submit issue" anyway.
You're the best,
Ben
