Add Security Graph docs

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

New Security Graph docs! Once Jean-Claude approves this, I'll take off the WIP label and get approval from the docs team. Jean-Claude has approved the draft and has asked for this to be published by the end of the week (that would be May 30).
