Is there a way to have a visible console window?

When I add a web app and a console app to my app host, the console windows are hidden upon launch. I see the processes running in task manager, but there is no way to interact with them. The console app allows the user to enter commands in some situations and that isn't possible with the window hidden. Is there a setting/option to keep the console windows visible and interactable?

@bradygaster If we do this as proposed in #8036 (with the help from the IDE), there is very little work for DCP involved.
