Aspire.Dashboard.exe and username/password appearing on Aspire Dashboard after updating to 9.3.0

Describe the bug

Aspire.Dashboard.exe and username/password are now appearing as a resources on our Aspire Dashboard after updating to 9.3.0. We've tested it with the previous version (9.2.1) and these resources don't appear.

Expected Behavior

The empty resources shouldn't appear on the Dashboard.

Steps To Reproduce

Bump either:

1. ServiceBus package and dashboard appears
2. PostgreSQL and username and password appear

Just curious @JoanGil why you were not updating everything? We generally don't support mix and match of versions.

We merged a Dependabot PR that introduced the mismatch 😢 We identified the issue one day after.
