[UWP coreclr] Private coreclr repo for UWP builds is no longer mirrored back to GitHub.com

Builds out of msft's private dotnet/coreclr branch are no longer mirrored back to https://github.com/dotnet/coreclr, which breaks the Source Link info that is still shipping in the symbols.

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.
