Extension API feature request: Allow to determine source URI from untitled editors being saved to disk

I want to be able to determine the source URI using the onSave event for an untitled editor. Currently, we are only able to reference the target URI.
The changes are in this PR: #238790, so I would like to use these in the extension API.
