🐛 Debug toolbar shows up in aux window

I would like to hear from more users before starting to block this: the chat is inside a compact floating window and compact windows are just visually appearing a bit different but are otherwise normal editor containers. A user might want to open an editor compact and still be able to debug.

When I tested this I did not see a visual bug other than that it is maybe a bit unexpected.
