`option+arrow key` inserts a letter instead of moving cursor by word

repro:

1. open terminal, type in foo bar baz<cursor>
2. press option+left arrow key -> D is inserted instead of moving to the left by word

It works for me with vscode stable

This is by design as we've been doing the wrong thing here historically. You should use ctrl+arrow instead in this case. See #190629, I plan on explaining this change in release notes and providing a custom keybinding to bridge the gap if people want the old behavior.
