git bash suggest provides invalid suggestions for c:/

git bash supports cding to c:/ so we should map it to the absolute dir:

[meganrogge]

Current:

when c:/ is the input, we're showing ./c:/, ./c:/appx/ etc

Expected:
when c:/ is the input, we should be showing c:/, c:/appx/ etc
