Powershell has stop working in vscode insider

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes, i disabled all extensions

• VS Code Version: 1.102.0
• OS Version: Win 11
• Powershell Version: 7.5.1

Steps to Reproduce:

Have installed Oh my posh with Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 with below script
oh-my-posh init pwsh --config $env:POSH_THEMES_PATH\clean-detailed.omp.json | Invoke-Expression
P.S i am not sure if is this oh my posh affecting, because i tried removing Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 but the issue still happen

1. When opening vscode the first time after com restart/startup, (subsequent times sometime will not have this issue)
2. "Powershell stop working" error will prompt as attached below

This issue only happen in vscode insider, will not happen when using vscode stable version

Is the issue caused by VS Code Core?

If the issue is not caused by an extension, it is maybe caused by your configuration. Try to run code --disable-extensions --user-data-dir <directory> where <directory> is an empty folder. This will ensure Code is starting with a fresh data directory, e.g. no specific settings and without any extensions running.

If it still reproduces, it was maybe fixed already in our nightly release. Please download from https://code.visualstudio.com/insiders/ and see if you can reproduce the issue.

Finally, to help us narrow down what change caused the issue, please run the following command to find the build. It will start previous releases of VS Code insiders to see where the regression was introduced:

• npx @vscode/vscode-bisect@latest
• follow the instructions until you found the offending build
• report back the commit range in this issue

It doesn't always happen, it only happen once in a while especially when com fresh start up so npx @vscode/vscode-bisect@latest this method doesn't replicate the issue.
Another way to force the issue is when i try install the vscode insider

would suggest making an issue for the pwsh team to see what usually causes this error. closing as I cannot repro so can't investigate on my end. thanks for your understanding.
