Search results not updating after changing file filter in 1.101.1

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled? Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.101.1
• OS Version: macOS 15.5 (24F74)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Press Command + Shift + F, enter a search term, and set the files to include filter to *.h.
2. Wait for the search results to populate.
3. Change the files to include filter to something else, e.g. *.cc.
4. Observe that the search results do not update accordingly.

This issue appears in 1.101.1 — it does not occur in 1.100.3, where search results update correctly after adjusting the file filter.
