live server unable to automatically open browser

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.101.1
• OS Version: window11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. install plugin liveserver
2. create test.html
3. Open with Live Server

4. But the browser didn't automatically open
5. When I use version 1.100.3, it can be used normally
