This is an infrequent but very frustrating issue where the hover popups stop dismissing correctly as you move your mouse over code errors. They get stuck and hide the code behind the popup. It can sometimes take 30s or so for the popup to correctly dismiss while im trying to get at the code underneath.
This happens to me regularly but is fixed by a window reload of the vscode UI which will stop it happening for a few hours or maybe a day.
The following setting gets rid of the problematic popups. but it also means that I cant see the info on code errors.
