Install error

By installing vscode the MS Store says another installation is running but i checked in the task manager and nothing appears

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.101.1
• OS Version: Windows 11 24H2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open MS-Store
2. Search for VSCode
3. Install
