copilot commands not echoed in the terminal after VS update

Updated VScode this noon as it was requesting it, since then no terminal echo of commands the copilot agent sends to terminal.
The terminal is not frozen for my use but does not get input from copilot

• I see in terminal * History restored but nothing else appears
• all extensions are up to date and I rebooted the mac and restarted VS many times
• switched to prerelease => no better
• deinstalled reinstalled the 3 github extensions => no better

ask the copilot to send a test command to the terminal, it says it was a suces but I do not see anything in the terminal window.

I cannot reproduce. A gif would help. Also, are there any errors in the Help -> Developer Tools -> Console?

I may have found the reason, apparently my EDU Github access has reached a quota limit and I do not have credits for premium features anymore which apparently includes the ability to let the agents run commands in the terminal.
Today I even lost the access to the agents themselves and only can run GPT4
This quota limit seems abnormal for a EDU account but reported by others, I submitted a ticket to github about it and will add here if it turns true.
