Use existing setting icons for configure chat?

We have the gear icon for this and use it everywhere, why does this use a different icon?

Changing it to this slider icon was my suggestion - wanted to communicate that it's options/configurations rather than settings. From my perspective I see the 'sliders' metaphor as more adjustable options that you return to frequently - plus have a big settings UX that I'd prefer to keep separate.

Consider this a strong opinion loosely held - I totally understand the bias for consistency but I also see these options as different from standard settings.

The settings menu in VS Code is also a collection of customizations; so it does feel to me like an extra icon that isn't used anywhere else.
