Have TreeView checkboxes align with rest of custom checkboxes

This Toggle usage in Tree Views should probably be using the Checkbox type.

I noticed that the styling wasn’t consistent with the rest of the custom checkboxes... for example, for TreeViews, when you check a box, it turns blue... but when you use a Checkbox it stays consistent to the theme.
