Debug Console displays garbled Chinese characters when debugging Java

Debug Console displays garbled Chinese characters when debugging Java. But my terminal can print Chinese characters normally

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No

• VS Code Version: 1.101.2
• OS Version: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a java spring project
2. debug the project, and print Chinese content

And I don't know if the problem appears in other program languages (I think it will also appear)

Well, after I reboot my computer (not vscode), it disappeared magically
