Mouse cursor disappears when I try to hover in the editor and terminal.

some time ago but I still observe it

• VS Code Version: Visual Studio Code 1.101.2 (user setup)
• OS Version: Windows 11 Enterprise 26100.4349

Video Card:
AMD Radeon RX 7600
Adrenalin Software 25.6.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open C# file for editing in VS Code
2. Move cursor outside of VSCode area and then inside
3. Stop cursor and observe how it disseapeared
4. After ~4-5 seconds see how cursor re-appears

Advice to add "disable-hardware-acceleration": true helps
