Setup Copilot normally and be signed in. Verify:

• in a workspace without trust, verify that you get a Chat view and sending a message asks you to trust the workspace
• in a workspace where you disabled the Copilot extension, you see no Chat view in the secondary sidebar

In an untrusted workspace, I still see Chat and am able to send a message. When I do, the extension trust dialog appears as expected:

After trusting the workspace, I am able to send a message. I then disabled the trust I previously enabled, and sent another message. As expected, I also get an extension trust dialog again:

Logged #253177 where the model picker does not show when in restricted mode. Not sure if this was expected, but wanted to log a bug to be sure.
