There is no local variable window when debugging in golang

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.101
• OS Version: win 11 or macos

Steps to Reproduce:

1. start debug in golang program
2. The window where the local parameters cannot be found
3. This problem occurred in the several versions I updated recently
