[New Docs] Double scroll bar in API samples

There's a double scroll bar on a normal screen, which should be fixed.

I’ve opened a PR to fix this issue. Besides the visual glitch with the double scrollbar in code blocks, I also noticed that on macOS — when scrollbars are set to show “When scrolling” — horizontal scrolling with the trackpad wasn’t working at all. The inner scrollbar was hidden and unresponsive, making it hard to read long code examples.

The fix removes the nested scroll containers, so now there’s just one scrollbar working properly on Mac too 👍🏻
