Now that storybook 9 is in RC2, I think it's good option to prepare the code for V9 support as soon is released 🙏🏻

Storybook 9 is finally here :D

For Storybook v9, as a workaround, we can patch the @nx/storybook package to change the usage of @storybook/core-serve to storybook/internal/core-server here and here
