Add input type for arch testing methods

Since Pest PHP uses macros and @mixin tags, IDEs and extensions often can't index methods properly. I added input types for expectation methods in the arch testing section to make the docs more comprehensive, helping users quickly understand which inputs methods support, especially when dealing with methods which accept both a single string and an array of strings.
