Are there any tools / browser extensions to facilitate migrating content from Wordpress?

I don't want to use Wordpress as a CMS. I'm ok with manually migrating each page one page at a time. The content I wish to bring into Vitepress consists of your average articles with headlines, paragraphs and images.

Is there a suggested workflow, not necessarily specific to Vitepress, that would help me migrate a few dozen pages? Like something that easily converts html to markdown and deals with the images in a way that is palatable?

Any insights or tips appreciated!
