Add a way to simulate notification clicks for more Notifications API coverage

click events are not covered right now, some webdriver command or some function in https://testutils.spec.whatwg.org/ would be nice.

Probably the latter makes more sense here, as webdriver wouldn't know which notification should be clicked without an ID, which Notifications API does not have.
