As detailed in mediacapture-image/resources/imagecapture-helpers.js, image capture tests are chrome specific, based on:
These tests rely on the User Agent providing an implementation of platform image capture backends.
In Chromium-based browsers this implementation is provided by a polyfill

I am not sure how should be treated these tests? Should they be put in a chromium-specific folder?
