Changes Not Reflected on Server: Deployment Successful - All Workflows ran successfully on GitHub

All files were uploaded to Github repo successfully. No specific errors found; however, even after PUSH the new files were not uploaded and the modified files were not updated on the server.

In the deployment log, it shows no files were replaced.

I am also facing same issues. workflow shows success green icon but no changes on server. Can someone elaborate how would i debug the script on somewhere? I mean where to see logs? Here or on server? I am new to github actions ci/cd.

I was facing the same issue but I have sorted it out. The ftp configuration was the issue

I have also fixed this issue. In my case, i didn't specify the destination directory in the yaml

Estive com esse problema. Dava sucesso porém não atualizava os arquivos. No entanto os arquivos estavam sim sendo enviados para o servidor mas no diretório errado. Estava indo para a pasta raiz "/".
Eu apenas coloquei a chave "server-dir: public_html/" dentro do arquivo "main.yml" e funcionou perfeitamente.
