Summarize Command's Functionality

There are plenty of ways to get Failover Cluster Instance Diagnostics Logs, also known as the "SQLDIAG log file". But as far as I can tell, dbatools provides no way to get them. This puzzles me, since I'm pretty sure that they're useful for both AGs and FCIs.

I skimmed over the chapter in Learn Dbatools in a Month of Lunches a while ago and I'm pretty sure that didn't have an answer. It suggested this, which turns out to be evidence of there not being an answer.

No

Technical Details

I have nothing more to add than what I already have. I'm out of my depth here and have no home lab for this, so I can't contribute much.
