Request for reviewing Django Channels stubs #2161

Hi all,
I created a PR in the python/typeshed repository to add type hint support for Django Channels: python/typeshed#13939
I've already received some feedback/comments on the code and have addressed those issues. The PR has been sitting without new feedback for a while after those fixes, so I'm hoping someone can take a look at the code and provide a review or approval - I would really appreciate it.
If everything looks good this week (or next week), I can notify the project maintainers and work toward getting the PR merged.
