Audit privacytests.org for WPT coverage

PrivacyTests.org is an open-source initiative that subjects popular web browsers to a suite of automated tests. These tests are designed to audit web browsers' privacy properties in an unbiased manner. The results of the tests are made public to help users make an informed choice about which browser to use, and to encourage browser makers to fix leaks of private user data.

For the purposes of this investigation area, we will audit privacytests.org for tests that might be added to WPT for purposes of tracking interoperability.

TBD but members of this group will schedule smaller group working sessions to go through the sub-tasks listed in this issue. If you're interested in participating in these working sessions, please add a comment indicating so in this issue!

We can also identify from this review areas for potential privacy improvement to our specifications. Like, maybe specs should recommend UAs strip tracking query parameters, or fuzz/block fingerprinting parameters, or block access to known cross-site trackers. That there are known tests for some of these things already indicates that interop could be improved by specifying.

Maybe we just come up with a list for Privacy WG to review, and then assign people to suggest changes to the relevant specs.
