Pasos para levantar la aplicación:

1. Tener instalado python 3.9 (recomendado 3.7)

>Python --version
Python 3.9.9

2. abrir el proyecto y escribir lo siguente en la consola

main.py

3. iniciar sesión como administrador (click en el botón Admin)
4. usar las siguientes credenciales

username: EMP0000
password: admin
