[bug] Intel-cc compiler.version=2025.0 is not supported

The field compiler.version=2025.0 is not supported at the moment with compiler=intel-cc

Hi @NetVince thanks a lot for taking the time to open the issue.

I've opened #18054 to add support for the new intel-cc for the next Conan release.

In the meantime, you can use the settings_user.yml file to add the extra fields in an extensible way, see https://docs.conan.io/2/examples/config_files/settings/settings_user.html#examples-config-files-settings-user for an example usage if you need support now, thanks!
