For colour clustering, the colour distance is meant to be calculated according to the CIE76 formula. This patch fixes an error implementing this formula resulting from not squaring a scaling coefficient in Line 187 of Step_ColourCluster.cpp.
Changes to the analysis are slightly improved.
(This commit also changed a large number of endline characters I think).
